If you've been transformed by yoga and are interested in achieving a deeper connection to the practice, then now is your opportunity to take the leap. Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program dives deep into both the intellectual and the emotional knowledge of this ancient practice, giving you the practical tools you need to share it with others. You will learn how to lead an empowering Vinyasa yoga class with an emphasis on the skills that elevate you from a good teacher to a master teacher.
What You'll Learn:
Teaching Skills - practice teaching and receive constructive feedback
Yoga Philosophy - learn the true meaning of yoga, beyond the postures
Anatomy and Physiology - develop an understanding of the musculoskeletal system and the respiratory system
Yoga and Meditation in Practice - be immersed in guided yoga classes and meditation techniques

Program Schedule is Fridays 6-9pm, Saturdays 8am-4pm, Sundays 8am-4pm. Students are also required to take an additional 24 yoga classes outside of these hours.

This 200 Hour Certification is exclusive and only a limited number of candidates will be accepted into the program. An admissions essay and interview with the program director is mandatory in order to be considered for admission.
